Week Plan #3

Hello everyone.  And welcome back.  Hope everyone had a wonderful family gathering, refreshed, and ready to get back to work.  The training plan for this week is consistency with movement.  Based on our observation from last week's practice matches, the overall consensus from the coaches is that our players have a tendency to over hit when put off balance and therefore, made a lot of errors.
It could possibly be the influence from all the hard fitness on Monday and Tuesday combined with warrior Wednesday where we challenged them physically at the start of practice, then had everyone play matches immediately.  The purpose of overloading was to see how our players respond to their performance when physically challenged.  The next six weeks we will begin the preparation phase to get ready for the up and coming tournaments in Florida.
