Weekly Plan #5

Hello everyone!  An exciting week starting tomorrow with 10 ORC players competing in the ITF Ace Tennis U18 in Burlington - Ines, Anna, Sofia, Kailen, Tiara, Ryan, Peter, Mark J., Ivan R., Ivan M., We want to wish everyone competing the best of luck.  Here is an awesome article that Yves shared on FB.  A must read "A Winning Mentality."

The weekly plan for this week is to test drive, touch up, and polish.

The last few weeks of training consisted of volume  and building stamina.  We will switch gear this week by test driving the skills through match play and to work on the skills that need to be worked on.  Fitness plan continues to be focused on endurance based with band work to create resistance on the muscles pushing it to work even harder.  Wishing everyone a great week.  Until next time.
